Boutique hotel Library offers you a bit of calm and tranquility in the middle of busy and hectic area. The owner and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We have been in a nice and comfortable room with a spacious balcony. The hotel has all the amenities necessary to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The swimming pool will most certainly be a little extra for you to enjoy or simply to sit next to to enjoy your breakfast or a drink. Breakfast is very tasty and is served until 10.30. The hotel is located in a nice part of town with easy access to Royal Palace, Central market and other markets and great restaurants.
I stayed there for 2 days. From the arrival, the staff was polite and courteous. The room was large enough, with a huge balcony. The bed was nice and firm. The WiFi was strong and fast. The breakfast was tasty with succulent crepes. I recommend this hotel.
We enjoyed our two-night stay at this cute hotel in the middle of Phnom Penh. The room was cozy and the balcony spacious. The service was great and the pool was alright! It's good to know that the breakfast is not a buffé but you choose from a form you are given by the staff. From there you can choose western style breakfast or Asian style. The breakfast is tasty but the portions are not so big. We liked our stay and would recommend it to people that are staying in Phnom Penh for a few days!
