It's a great place. You'll feel like you're a guest at someone's house first. You'll feel at home once you get acquainted with premises and, only after that, you'll realize that you are in a very well organized, clean, safe and remarkable hotel with all the amenities. Staff is excellent

Stayed there on a business trip. Rooms are huge and nice. However the showers were small in a strange contrast. Breakfast buffet singers limited, however you can order eggs and stuff from the kitchen. But this takes time. Nothing if you are in a hurry getting to business in the morning. Self service bar is a great idea but closes too soon.

My friend and I were excited about how classy the place is and it is. We wanted to unwind but it was a different experience. There was no staff in sight we waited and when the indian receptionist girl got there she told her we are checking in and without asking who we were she told us we would have to pay for the room again and when our payment reflects she will then refund us. No explanation of why just told us that is how they do things. I was immediately put off. We felt judged. Only when we put on a fight did she start questioning how we booked and she started acting nice. That treatment was disgusting and that made us uncomfortable the whole stay. When I reflect on the experience it makes me feel that maybe a certain kind of people are prefered to others seeing that we were not attended as a place offering such a service should. Therefore I urge black people to really investigate the places they staying at. No paying guest should feel inferior or uneasy about what a place promises to deliver yet they dont deliver.
