Village Cabo Girao

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The location is stunning with beautiful sea views. The facilities on site include swimming pools, tennis courts, table tennis, bowls and a wide range of indoor games. We enjoyed the paella night and the bbq night and especially the happy hour every evening. The staff have all been so friendly and helpful with insights on travelling around Madeira. We will definitely return here.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the two-bedroom apartment is perfect for a family with two children. The location is absolutely stunning ! We will definitely return!

We booked this hotel because of the SPA that was shown. We wanted to be able to relax in the sauna or jacuzzi at night after a day of sightseeing. Unfortunately, the water in the pool and jacuzzi was cold...it was not enjoyable. Later, we wanted to try the sauna but even after half an hour of warming it up, it barely made any steam. We saw other people comment that the SPA temperatures were cold and thought the problems would be fixed since it was a long time ago, but it wasn't. We only went once out of the entire week so if that is what you're going for, just be aware. Apart from that, everything was great. There are multiple games and activities you can do like ping pong, chess, pool etc. the kitchen is very well stocked and the apartment is very big. The views are quite nice from the terrace as well. The hotel is located on a pretty steep mountain so it does take some time to go up and down it when travelling to other parts of the island. The reception was very nice and informative.
