The GABRIELLA structure immediately appears very tidy and clean, very green and well-kept. The first sensation is certainly that of a family environment. The director Alessandro is a very friendly, competent person, available to the needs of customers, certainly not a fool for capricious tourists. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen of high quality. They are often available to grant an encore of particular dishes. The drivers Maurizio and Giuseppe are competent, friendly and excellent suggestions of local peculiarities. The beach is a little distant but well organized and definitely at a good price in the agreement with the structure and the beach staff themselves are very good people. In summary it is certainly one of the structures worth mentioning for the best value for money in such a renowned area. A small suggestion: keep prices frozen and a more intense fight against mosquitoes in the most critical moments. The vote is certainly a good 9. Congratulations and good work!!!
All very nice. Very kind everyone starting from the director Marta, to the chef and his assistants (his dishes are excellent) to the waiters and all the staff. Excellent location for tours in Salento. Beautiful beaches. Absolutely recommended.
Completely misled by previous enthusiastic reviews, all things considered, disconcerting and unfounded. The location was excellent, quiet and well looked after, as we were looking for. The embarrassing cuisine, not even 2 stars: the right breakfast, but when it came to cooking the impression was that the chef was in serious difficulty, unable to characterize a dish even with a banal sauté of garlic or onion, unable to even manage the cooking time of the pasta which was often not al dente but raw, which in Italy and the south is truly unforgivable. The buffet lunch was better as it guaranteed greater choice with a pre-established menu. On the menu it was written "possible frozen products"; the fact is that it was all frozen, and don't eat fresh fish ONCE at the seaside..... Management of the structure absent and any grievance delegated to the girls at the reception and the boys in the lounge who, very kind and helpful, poor things had no arguments. Finally, the beach service: apart from the truly excellent, continuous and punctual shuttle service, we discovered that by going directly to the beach we would have spent less than the "agreed" amount requested when booking. This is also strange. The wonderful sea, but it is not your merit. It's a shame, the structure really deserves a big leap in quality.
