Village Hotel Bracknell

We've recently joined The Village Gym as a family, and it's been a fantastic experience so far! We were looking for a place that offered family swim time, a wide range of fitness classes for adults, and flexible gym access. The gym ticks all the boxes with 24 7 access and brilliant facilities. Harry helped us from the very beginning. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He met our family by the entrance and gave us a full tour of the facilities, making sure we had all the information we needed to get started. Harry is a real asset to the Village Gym team! Highly recommend for individuals and families alike.

I recently joined this gym after a great experience with Charlotte, who provided a thorough introduction to the facilities and membership options. She was incredibly helpful in finding the right fit for both me and my dad, taking the time to understand our needs. Over the course of a couple of months, she was flexible and responsive—whether it was arranging a trial day, answering questions, or helping us finalise our different memberships when we were ready. Now that I’m a member, I’m happy with the variety of high-quality equipment, classes, pool, and the excellent sauna and steam room. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out in a spacious, open design. The staff are almost always friendly and welcoming, which adds to the great atmosphere. I only had one negative experience when I forgot my pass one time and wasn’t allowed in by the young woman at the front desk. Highly recommend this gym—especially if you get the chance to tour it with Charlotte!

Elena, Maria, Roxanna and Rob the chef were fantastic in welcoming us to the village hotel and helped make our stay feel special with their great customer service. The scrambled egg was very tasty. Thank you all. Only slight downside was the pillows were lumpy and the breakfast options were bare in comparison to other hotel brands.
