We use the pool for the water babies swimming classes. The pool is lovely and warm. The family changing areas are amazing and so handy. Lots of parking available as well. Didn't stay in the hotel part, so no comment on that. It looks nice though.

Perfect location! The rooms were spotless, and the staff were polite and professional throughout our stay. The on-site gym was a great bonus, and the Starbucks café was a lovely touch. The morning buffet was decent, though I do wish the food had been replenished a bit more quickly. That said, the hotel was especially busy this weekend, so it’s understandable. Overall, I’d definitely visit again and would gladly recommend it to others!

Had a good stay at Village Hotel Farnborough. Slept well and enjoyed supper in the bar — it was surprisingly busy for a Monday night, which made for a great atmosphere. Bar staff were friendly and efficient, and the reception girls were absolutely lovely — really welcoming and helpful. Top marks to the team. That said, for a hotel this expensive, there was no bottled water in the room — and that’s genuinely disappointing. It’s a basic expectation these days, and it costs virtually nothing. For the price you pay, it feels careless and a bit stingy. Just one small bottle would’ve made a difference — it’s not asking much. On top of that, having a Starbucks right at reception doesn’t fit the feel of the place. I know it’s not a luxury hotel, but they could easily offer better, more characterful coffee. Personally, I can’t stand Starbucks and wouldn’t spend a penny there — it’s not what I want to see when checking in. Also worth mentioning: management never seems to respond to reviews, which gives the impression they’re not really paying attention. A shame, because the staff on the ground were excellent. Overall, a decent stay with great staff — but poor value for money unless they sort out the basics.
