I have been using the village hotel for a number of years especially Starbucks. The staff at Starbucks are one of the best teams I have encountered lead by their manager Katie closely followed by Helen and the rest of the staff. There is always a friendly atmosphere and plenty of banter between the staff and their customers. The place has a great vibe. Keep up the good work.
I really enjoy coming to the Village Leeds South. The staff are so friendly. Particularly in Starbucks. Helen and Katie are super helpful and can’t do enough for you. They go the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience possible.
Can only comment on Starbucks, but staff are always welcoming, friendly and efficient. I come most days for great coffee and chat after the gym. A particular shout out to Katie and Helen.
