Village Hotel Swindon

Stayed here for two nights. Excellent place to stay. Very good value. The Irish dude who checked us in was really helpful and the girl who checked us out (Sarah) was very smiley and professional. The bed was comfy and facilities were excellent. We had a breakfast the first morning . If we had booked breakfast when we had arrived it would have been £12.50 but we didn’t so on the day it was £17. The food was of a good quality but no fried eggs. I think for £17 it was maybe a bit expensive and fried eggs are a must if charging the higher end for a buffet breakfast but the service was good and the food in general was good. There is a swimming pool and gym at the hotel which is a nice touch. The bar was excellent as well with sports being shown and the drink prices were very good. Just had a Starbucks as well so that has set us up for the day. Would definitely come here again

I would like to share my appreciation for Debbie, the leisure assistant at my gym. From the moment you walk through the doors, Debbie greets you with a warm and genuine welcome that immediately sets a positive tone for your visit. She is consistently accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly and that members feel comfortable and supported. Her professionalism shines through in everything she does, and her attentive nature never goes unnoticed. Debbie’s presence truly elevates the atmosphere of the gym. Her dedication and positive attitude make each visit more enjoyable, and she is a big part of what makes the facility feel so inviting. I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone, she is a standout member of the team and a true asset to the gym. Much appreciation Dre :)

I attending an event '80's Boogie Bingo' Amy and Katie were fantastic hosts in the upstairs bar and Luke who served my food and checked that I was satisfied, the food was delicious and hot, great value! In the events hall, Josh was an amazing host, friendly and helpful in the function bar! Great evening.
