Overall a great place. We booked a Premium room. Some maintenance got sorted. Nice balcony, animals, plants. 12 mins by car from Disney. Bring, soap, tea, coffee, shampoo, etc. There were no toilet roles. Everything is App this and App that...we rarely had a signal on UK phones.

Very clean , nice location , great water park , it would be nice if some basic essentials will be in the room as soap , otherwise all good , activities quiet priced but what would you expect , easy access to Disney by bus only 2.5 euros

Although the resort itself and accommodations were nice, the language barrier with security lead to an awful experience! I tried for 2 days in a row to extend my stay by one night but unfortunately got nowhere. We called down in the morning to ask for a late checkout (which can be done on a Sunday) but unfortunately because I called before 9, I spoke with security. Security told us we have until 1pm. We repeated the time back and he verified 1pm was correct. Around 11:30am while I was getting ready to go talk with the reservation office, house keeping came by. I explained to her the best I can, again with the language barrier, that I was trying to extended my stay and was getting ready to go down to the reservation office. As I left my room I reiterated what I was doing to her and she said ok as if she understood. While my husband and I were speaking with someone in the office, my kids (teenagers) called to say security was there threatening for us to get out. While I understand their policy, we were confused when technically we still had another hour according to the conversation with security from earlier that morning. We later found out, while we were gone the house keeping lady called security. Security then lied to the office and said they told us to go down to the office at 9am not that we can stay until 1pm. Which is not what was told to us. Although the reservation office tried to work with me, it didn’t seem enough for what my kids had to go through especially with it being my youngest child’s birthday. It really put a damper on our day. We really would love to come back again but now we are apprehensive because of this experience.
