Villaggio Amare Campiello Casanova

A nice, well-kept location. Family friendly. The walkways, pool area and playground area beautiful as well. The apartment units come with their own patio, garden and are separated by hedges as well. Two outdoor beds, an umbrella and a good assortment of dishes as well as cooking implements are provided. Bedsheets and towels are not automatically included and need to be paid on the spot when checking in. Each apartment is allotted an umbrella and two recliners in the pool area. Same thing for the beach 🏖. Apparently the beach spot is usually handed out new every day. Every day.. .. go to the reception to get a voucher .. go to the beach office to redeem that voucher for your spot-of-the-day on the beach That said, the beach is great! :) The "free beach" is actually just in front of the reserved areas, nearer to the water.

It was a very nice experience, i was having a relaxing days, we was there for a week with my family. Weather was realy good. The pool and the beach was in a very good condition. The beach has a very nice restaurant and the Village too. The thing i must complained are those ladies in the receptionen. Maybe they need some vacation to avoid the stress...The gardener was very helpful. The man (staffs) in the pool was great hes doing his job in a proper way 👍 .. Our room was inside so it was quite out there.. Yes definitely we are coming back again.

The villaggio is really nice but many little problems who should be easy to solve! Check in after 18:30, workers are overloaded with cleaning the apartments. Our house wasn't clean, so we told them to clean it again. WLAN is available but not working, not even 1 time during our stay.. TV wasn't working as well.. Curtains dirty.. The fridge where never cleaned, done by us.. Some lights aren't working.. No cheese grater.. Both espresso machines damaged and not working. Sunday morning on the beach no available umbrella and beach chairs for us, how is that possible because according to the rules there must be one place for each reservation🤔 Anyway beach office and villaggio reception doesn't care.. Without this problems I would say at least 4 stars but right now sorry more than 2 stars are not possible..
