Unfortunately we had to leave the resort two days earlier 😕. Firstly, they do not speak English and the staff are not friendly, don't make you feel welcome at all. They didn't give us any information on arrival: food arrangements, restaurant opening times, table allocation etc. It is like school canteen 😩, 3 options for main course -all bad. No yougurts at breakfast, very poor selection of everything. We ended up going to Paola for dinner which we have no regrets at all, the place is amazing 😍. It was a hike to get to our bungalow. It was so noisy at night we couldn't sleep. The only positive for the establishment is the girl from the shop (mini market) , she is awesome, very friendly and helpful ( big thank you to her 💕). The beach is also beautiful, but it's way too crowded with loud music and nowhere to peacefully enjoy it. it's the first time when we preferred the public beach ⛱️ nearby to the hotel beach. It is very attitudy and loud, rude in fact. It is not for international tourists. We would not recommend the place. We ended up leaving and staying at another hotel 50 mins away but it made the difference. It is such a shame as it could be amazing, the location is absolutely beautiful.
Still at the village as I write and looking forward to leave!!! I feel like in a prison, you are always watched and have no right to complain. Yesterday evening we dared to complain about the food and, as a result, this morning we had a waiter watching us all breakfast waiting for us to do something wrong. When we were leaving the table with 3 croissants he came to us and told us off in front of all the other guests. Other people leave the breakfast room everyday with bags full of food but...... probably they don't dare to complain so........ That's s fine! The rooms are very small with very old furniture. For a family of 5, 1 toilet roll?? And I could say more but I just say 1 last thing. DON'T COME HERE !
