An unforgettable vacation! I stayed at this resort with my family and can only give it a very positive review. The facility is well-organized, clean, and immersed in a relaxing atmosphere with attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for children too. A great strength is definitely the staff: friendly, always smiling, and available for any need. The entertainers are fantastic, capable of engaging both adults and children without ever being intrusive. The restaurant team was impeccable, with varied, well-prepared dishes to suit all tastes. An experience I highly recommend to anyone seeking relaxation, fun, and a warm welcome.

Vacation at the Villaggio Apulia Hotel Baia di Dino! From August 2nd to 9th, 2025, we spent a carefree week with family and friends. The Superior rooms (aside from a fair few stairs) were close together and comfortable. The pool was well-kept and clean with a sea view. The buffet food was good and plentiful, with options for celiacs. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, from the maître d' to the rest of the team, with a special shout-out to Giovanna (💋). Vincent, the head bartender, was charming and friendly with his patterned t-shirts and personalized drinks (a Vincent thank you for me). The entertainment was the highlight, top-notch with the head entertainer Lele, Luigi, Ciro, Chris (bing), Alessio, Ivan (a wonderful pevsona 😜), and the girls. All of them were engaging but not intrusive, empathetic, and cheerful! Room cleaning, despite being done daily, was very poor and superficial.

We just finished a week's vacation at this property. Upon our arrival (early before check-in), we found a service wall blocked. We couldn't use the pool or beach while waiting for the rooms to be ready. We were literally told to wait in the car or come back later. But the best part is when we hand over the room. COMPLETELY destroyed, dirty with ants everywhere. Furniture completely destroyed. Outside our room door, we found a mural that I'm not going to describe here. (See photo) We asked for the room to be cleaned, but nothing happened; a lady came and basically pretended to clean. She used the same cloth to clean the bathroom and the vanity. To give you an idea of the level of service. We went to buy some CLEANING products and cleaned the room ourselves. Virtually wasting the first day cleaning. RESTAURANT The buffet was bare and poorly maintained. Mediocre food They don't have a price list displayed at the bar, and with their wallet, you can't tell how much you're spending (nice move). Management is almost completely absent, and they're very good at pretending not to listen. BEACH Uncomfortable for families with strollers. The walkway begins after 20 meters of sand. The resort has no outdoor play area for children. SAFETY: The facility is completely inadequate for families and is in poor condition. Dangerous potholes on the reception ramp. Due to the size of the facility, cars can drive freely around the resort. This means keeping children in their cabins at all times. Only positive note: the staff is very friendly. For the rest, it's best to look elsewhere. I strongly advise against this place.
