The sea is about a 300-meter walk away. Modern, air-conditioned rooms are spacious. Towel changes twice a week aren't worthy of a 4-star hotel. The food is good, but the selection is very limited, which isn't worthy of a 4-star hotel either. Free paddle tennis courts, and non-invasive entertainment. The waiters and bartenders are super friendly and helpful. There's room for improvement, but the value for money is good.

We left the property a few hours ago and I must say we had a pleasant week. It takes very little to make this one of the most welcoming places in the area. We received excellent service from the staff, and I especially wanted to thank Giovanni, the waiter who served our table. Let me just say that my 5-year-old daughter wanted to take a picture with him. All the other staff were impeccable, from the lifeguard at the pool to the cleaning staff, not to mention the hostesses at reception. They were extremely kind and helpful. I must say that the entertainment team worked hard, but they barely achieved a passing grade. These were just our first experiences and were poorly managed by the head entertainment team. I expect some minor maintenance work to be done to avoid the stark difference between the new building where we stayed and the old one, which needs renovation.
