Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi

Had a great and relaxing stay at Villaggio Hotel & Resort in Abu Dhabi! The vibe of the place is really peaceful — a perfect spot to unwind. The room was very comfortable and cozy, just what I needed to relax. The service was excellent too. I left my iPhone charger in the room by accident, and they actually kept it safe and returned it to me after two days — really appreciated the honesty and effort! If I had one small suggestion, it would be to modernize the comfort room (bathroom) a bit. It’s clean and functional, but a little update would make the whole experience even better. Overall, great service, comfy rooms, and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Coming to this hotel you will need to put up with a smoking restaurant with nil consideration for people who don't want to be exposed to passive smoke, as we know this could lead to cancer. They have a non-smoking area but it is outside in 40-degree heat, in Abu Dhabi. When you see the prices per night one will probably want to look for another hotel.

This is by far the lowest quality hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom water tap wasn't working, which is a basic necessity. To make matters worse, there was no support system in place—no help at the reception, and no one available to resolve issues. We spent our hard-earned money expecting a comfortable, possibly luxurious vacation, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. I strongly advise others to avoid this place and look for better alternatives. Your time and money deserve better.
