If there was 10 stars that what I would rate it. Maria on reception is the most wonderful human being EVER. She is ELITE. We received such a lovely welcome . The hotel is gorgeous. Great facilities. Delicious breakfast . Fabulous housekeeping staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a lovely hotel in Crete.
We stayed at this hotel about a month ago and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very well located near the city, the rooms are very clean and confortable but the main quality is the staff. Everyone is so nice, ready to help at any moment and the service is gold. We wanted to say especially thank you to Anastasia who were so kind to us every evening, so happy to help us with any demands. We will definitively come back!
It was a 10-day stay, and I can only say it's 5*, and I definitely recommend it. The hotel staff, from reception to housekeeping, to the restaurant, bar, and kitchen staff, are all extraordinary. It's a small but very cozy hotel,it's almost like being at home, with zero noise. Great for relaxing. I'll definitely be back 😁😁
