Perfect organization, the hotel staff is great, the animation is great too (the guys from Style Animation are amazing with the kids - our kids loved Lalla! - , extremely friendly and kind - Luigi, Andrea and the others are lovely and they work with a lot of passion and commitment). The rooms are clean and the food is fantastic. We spent few days but we will come back the next summer, hopefully! We can only recommend the place!
Outstanding location. Adequate service. It advertises as 4-star, but the rooms lack adequate electric sockets. Can’t sleep till at least 12:30 am due to the LOUD party/disco/entertainment setup that forces the guest to have to shut the windows and use the AC instead of enjoying the mediterranean breeze from the beach in front of it. Our large group HAD to eat in the large buffet hall and the food was a step away from horrific; most in our group would take a few bites and push their plates away. The dining hall director takes offense to any criticism. When going to Calabria, it’s reasonable to expect excellent food and it’s very disappointing when it isn’t.
Few plugs in the room (can’t find the nearby plugs of the table) the , no good connection of wifi, no shops nearby….
