We stayed for a week at the beginning of August with my family, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. Our apartment in the main building was spotless — cleaned regularly by the most wonderful ladies, whose morning smiles in the hallway were simply priceless. The apartment was equipped like a year-round home — it had absolutely everything we needed. Two air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom — what a pleasant surprise! The pools were amazing, and our daughter never wanted to leave them. Two sunbeds included in the price were a huge bonus — no matter what time we came, we always managed to find a free spot sooner or later. The beach was very close, with sand as soft as flour, simply perfect. We had a dedicated spot on the beach included in the price, with a parasol that even had a lockable storage box — brilliant idea! The beach was cleaned daily, and even in the peak season, it never felt overcrowded. Compared to the Baltic Sea in summer — it was a dream. The entertainment program was fantastic. The evening performances, especially the kids’ shows, were truly heartwarming. The running paths nearby were a paradise for a runner like me — in the morning it felt like a big running event along the promenade by the beach, with so many people enjoying their jogs. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The girls around the resort were beautiful, always greeting us with “Ciao” and a smile. Communication in English was no problem, and when one of the entertainers spoke to me in Polish, I was completely amazed. It really felt like being part of one big family. There is an on-site shop, restaurants, and bars, plus a little train that goes around Bibione — all very convenient. Getting there from Poland was easy, although a few more parking spots would be nice. And now the absolute highlight — the food! I have never experienced anything like this before. Every single dish I tried was exceptional — not just good, but truly outstanding. I discovered new flavors, enjoyed every meal, and probably gained a record amount of weight in such a short time, simply because I couldn’t resist. I’m really sad that this holiday is over, but we are already planning to come back next year with an even bigger group. Honestly, this was probably the best holiday ever. For families with children — it’s pure magic.
Absolutely amazing holiday resort for kids. The staff are great, always cheery and helpful. Food selection is good and reasonably priced (ice cream is €2 for example). Pools are huge and spotlessly clean. Lifeguards aren't too intrusive (take note, France) Accomodation is clean and modern Big mix of nationalities, lots of Germans and Austrians.
We stayed at the hotel between August 6th and 10th, booking a 4-night stay for 2 adults and 2 children in a Comfort Villa. Upon check-in, the staff told us we had been upgraded free of charge, which we were initially happy about—until we saw the accommodation. The parking space allocated to our villa was much smaller compared to other villas. Every time we parked, we had to get extremely close to the house, and one wheel always ended up on the curb. While other villas had space in front for a table and chairs, ours did not. The only small green area was right in front of the villa, but it was uneven ground, so it was not possible to sit there comfortably. We also added breakfast to our stay. The food quality was fine, but the variety was very limited. All meat products were pork, except for turkey salami, which was the only alternative. Definitely not worth the price paid for breakfast. On the positive side, the beach and pool facilities were adequate, and we didn’t have any issues there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, overall, our stay was unfortunately not as comfortable as we had hoped.
