The hotel is clean and the staff are great. After my second day stay, I ate Tamales de Chipilin. So delicious and brought me back at least 45 years back to my childhood, just like my father's tamales. The Polvoron is to die for. So so delicious .
I have mixed feelings about this one. The hotel itself it’s very well located, strategically next to the mall, and it’s has a shared elevator, which is extremely convient, there is also a Walmart Express right across the street. The personnel was extremely polite and accommodating, very servicial. The they have a main restaurant where breakfast buffet is also served, and if the can not mistaken is open until 11pm, but room service I believe it’s 24 hours. Now, my experience was not as great for my room, there was a terrible smell coming from the restroom, so they did changed my rooms but the smell was in this one too, but to a tolerable scale. My coworkers stay in the same hotel and didn’t have the same issue.
The breakfast buffet is not that good and is overpriced. Bar options are OK, reception is not that friendly, they won't give you extra water for the rooms if you ask for it, they will offer you an overpriced 600ml bottle, you're better off going to the OXXO outside of the hotel. Beds are the best, also the pool.
