Villare Leicester City Centre Hotel

The hotel is in a great place in the centre of the town. I had to deduct one star for two reasons, the website says they do breakfast but they don't at the weekends, however there is a Wetherspoon's directly opposite the hotel. Secondly, you can hear people walking around at night on other floors.

Room was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and polite. Area had lots of things to do the only down fall was there was no toilet paper and when taking covers off the bed the next morning there was pee stains and blood on the blanket.

THIS IS NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL, don’t be fooled!!! It does not look like the photos! Old, dirty room, everything smells like bleech, run down communal areas. No service whatsoever, noone at the reception, we only saw one staff member during the 3 days when we checked in. No security at all, anyone can walk into the building, they don’t close the entrance door overnight and there isn’t anyone to monitor entry. The reception is on the top floor. No hairdryer in the room. I feel robbed! The location is great, so I’d recommend booking another hotel in this area.
