Villas Resort Hotel

Great place, clean and friendly staff. Quality food with good varieties. Nice place to relax.

This was quite a disappointment. This hotel was rated as a 4 star hotel but i do not think that that reflects the service or the experience. Our room was located facing the pool and with some sea views, which is nice. During the evening, though, an 'entertainer' sings music by the pool just below next to the bar. The last time I saw this was in other hotels meant to cater for cheap tourists and not at a 4 star. Moreover, the said music would be so loud for the roo.s above that sleep is out is disturb at the very least till past 11pm. Within 3 days, I experienced 2 fights between waiters/barman. The barman was arguing that he cannot take so many people, even if we were about 15 or so in all. Waiter was actually asking us to go off the bar and fetch a table for the drink as the barman wanted space cleared. To be fair, we met at least 3 people that were very nice, with one even boiling and my egg when it was not being offered in the breakfast buffet. I still think that the attitude of a couple should not be tolerated though. In 3 nights, we had the AC not working. I told the receptionist about it and as it was working in the morning I do not think she told anyone. We had the same issue on the next night! When you consider that the grounds of the hotel hosts detached villas with pools you'd consider that this is a luxurious place. Think again. Even the ambience needs some uplift. Nothing compared to the other hotels we have been during our stay in Sardinia.

Worst food I have ever eaten in my life. Everything could be super nice but there is not one single food in this restaurant that was even close to being acceptable. Besides the „restaurant“ there is nowhere to get food so you are reliant on the worst food you could ever imagine. Dont go here if you like food and want to enjoy anything else then salt crackers 👎
