We visited on August 8th, and we stayed for 6 days. We are Muslim and due to that we had certain food restrictions. Despite that, the head chef, Pedro, made sure all of our accommodations were met. The staff was very friendly and very caring. We had a really good time.
A great place to stay in Costa Rica! Staff is very accommodating and there's so much to do you don't have to leave the resort! Delicious restaurant located across the street as well. If you do venture out, there is tons to do nearby. LOVED all of the wildlife right outside your door. Would stay again :)
This establishment offers a safe and pleasant environment. During my brief one-night stay, I was impressed by its inviting atmosphere, cleanliness, and attentive staff. However, there was a minor oversight regarding the Imperial bar. The only male staff member informed us on that particular evening that we were not permitted to linger near the bar, as it was designated as a premium establishment where patrons were required to purchase beverages to remain. This was somewhat disappointing, especially considering that the bar was relatively unoccupied during that time of year.
