What truly made it unforgettable was the warmth of the entire team. From the front desk to the F&B staff, everyone made sure we felt special and supported at every step. The resort is the most beautiful mountain resort I’ve been to. Had a pleasant stay, the staff changed our towels everyday, we stayed for 3nights and four days, everyday they cleaned the our room. We went to the resort for the wedding and Ana coordinated with us perfectly!

As a family of Indian vegetarians from Dubai, we were initially unsure about the food options, but the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in serene natural beauty, just a 10-minute drive from Sapa city, the resort felt like a hidden gem—peaceful, picturesque, and heavenly. Waking up to misty mornings and breathtaking panoramic views of green valleys and floating fog was beyond words. The staff were warm and helpful. While English communication was limited with some of the staff, it didn’t affect our experience—especially thanks to the exceptional support of Miss Vang. She was truly a star—warm, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. She ensured our meals were 100% vegetarian and tailored to our preferences with genuine care and kindness. Ville De Mont isn’t just a stay—it’s a soulful escape. Perfect for disconnecting from the city and reconnecting with nature. We left with full hearts, lasting memories, and deep gratitude.
