A dream of location for familys with kids and all others. The beach is 3 minutes away and its clean and beautiful. A mix of sand and small stones. On the beach there is a bar with very good and delicious ice cream. The Villa is also beautiful. Clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our Villa with pool was excellent. Perfect for a family with little children. The ambiente and location environment ist very nice an had a tropical touch. We loved it! Shopping possibilities (food, etc.) are nearby. There are also offers for some sightseeing and hiking excursions. In conclusion...it was a perfect vacation! We loved it.

Definitely will come again whenever we come back in Sardinia. Staff was very helpful, friendly kind and welcoming especially Enrico. He helped us with finding good food and things to do around. Pool was clean and very nice, also offered hotspot when the Internet wasn't working and I had to do work. The villa looked good and everything was spotless when we checked in, though one thing to know is that you pay your use of electricity (but don't worry, it doesn't cost much). It's something you don't see in many hotels but I like it that it makes you aware of your use of electricity :)

First impression counts, last one remains. On first impression it’s nice, cosy, very close to the beach, but: 1. There’s no toilet next to the pool. So every time you have to go, you either hold it, or you take a long walk to your villa. Unless you’re lucky to have your villa next to the pool, which we weren’t. 2. they market themselves as a 3 * hotel. They’re not. I’d say they’re closer to a 4* one but then they do house cleaning once per week. Having stayed 2 weeks, they only cleaned once. 3. They’re very committed to recycling, which is amazing as you have 6 bins where you can sort your trash, but you need to carry and put the bins in front of your villa’s gate every evening when you want them emptied. To be honest that’s the last thing I wanted to do on my vacation. The easy fix it to have the bins all the time on the outside of each villa’s yard so the tenants don’t have to take them out themselves. 4. On top of your accommodation cost, you also have to pay for the electricity that you use while staying there. This seems a bit odd, especially that the price is set to 0.5€/kwh which seems a bit steep. When asked they said that’s the price they have on the contract with the electric company…(hard to believe) 5. On the sole occasion they cleaned our villa the maids managed to spill some cleaning substances on our suitcase. When I found it, I told them that it was a bleach based cleaner as it was emitting a strong scent. I cleaned with water, but the suitcase is stained. On the checkout day I brought it up again, but all the lady did was asked the maids. They denied having used any bleach based substance and basically did not take responsibility. Basically the last interaction I had with them left a bitter taste on my whole experience with this location. Don’t get me wrong: it’s all nice, pool, private garden, barbecue, but the services are almost inexistent. I would come again only if they fix their issues. For the price they’re asking I sure you can find other places with better services. Response after owner’s comments: While your whole comment is “borderline slander” I will take the time to better and more clear explain what seems to have lost in translation: If you click on Google maps, you’ll see that your location is marked as a 3* hotel, hence my comment. Also I never criticized the waste sorting, but you also missed that. Furthermore what I emphasized is that you charge 0.5€/kWh while the average price in Sardinia for electricity is 0.25-0.3€/kWh. The missing toilet you call it a “design choice” but while in other reviews you like to call it a “family friendly place” (which it is) having a kid pee in the shower next to the pool or in the bushes next to the pool, fells nothing less than a design flaw. I won’t mention again the luggage as obviously you are more than honest and you trust more your employees than your guests. While you call out my review to lack constructiveness, I did nothing more than raise some issues, and also address them with solutions. If that’s not being constructive, maybe your whole answer is? I doubt it. Edit 3: I find it really interesting that right after my review the next 3 are all added almost at the same time and coincidence (or not) the people that added those work for the establishment. It's pretty clear how you run your business.
