Vilnius Grand Resort

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful lake view. The balcony was a bit neglected. The hotel lobby is large and elegant, with cozy sofas and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide selection of dishes. The hotel is located in a quiet and picturesque area, perfect for relaxation. Poor signage – the hotel is large, and I got lost once due to the lack of clear directions. Restaurant prices are quite high, but that’s a personal matter. I can’t say anything about the spa, as I didn’t have time to check it out. I was a little surprised by the fireworks on Wednesday around midnight, but I actually enjoyed them. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel, both inside and out. However, it would be worth considering renovating some areas and rooms in the near future. All in all, I consider the stay a pleasant one.

We had a wonderful family trip to Vilnius Grand Resort! The resort is spacious and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere. The Aqua sauna and pool area was especially enjoyable for all of us — perfect for relaxing. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary pastry cake in our room, which was a lovely surprise and a thoughtful gesture. We loved the variety of restaurant options on-site, and the breakfast was excellent every morning with fresh and diverse choices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service to and from Vilnius city centre made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing getaway near Vilnius. Would love to visit again!

We knew that we are coming to an older rooms and the hotel itself is older. However there are some things that haven't changed from 2020 when I last was here - the breakfast quality. Food was old, you can see that it has seen more people from yesterday than you. All the vegetables - dried out, cheese was crying (watery), meat has changed colour already. The buns and other stuff that is baked - probably baked yesterday. I have never seen such poor food quality in Lithuania, especially in 4 star hotel. So this is a big no and big yes for other 5years of not visiting. In pool area people had cups near jacuzzi - thrown out as trash. Kids were jumping from Aqua pool without any consideration or safety looked after. People in sauna sitting without towel. Probably there should be someone looking after the general order. What we enjoyed was the room - big, spacious with lake view, comfortable beds. However the windows were not clean, we could see someones palm print near the couch. The receptionist did not gave basic information where to find dinner when we just arrived, nor additional information about the hotel. Check in lasted 2 mins. So overall only the spacious room was quite welcoming and enjoyable.
