Vincci Capitol

Great hotel with a good range for breakfast. Was a little noisy with police but wasn't an issue for me. Beds were every comfortable and central enough to get to where you want to go.

My stay at Vincci Hotels was fine overall. However, I want to take a moment to highlight some absolutely amazing staff who truly made my experience special — Nayara and Prince from the restaurant, Kevin the doorman, and Itor. — and the lovely housekeeping lady from the 7th floor ( my apologies I can’t remember her name, but she was wonderful 🌟). 🌟 Regardless of everything else during my stay, these incredible individuals stood out. They were always friendly, extremely helpful, and brought such positive energy every time I interacted with them. 😊 They went above and beyond, and honestly deserve a 5/5 on their own — and perhaps even an upgrade for their outstanding service! Please send them my regards and a big thank you. You’ve all been an extreme help, and you totally made my stay so much better. 🙏

Came in the month of March, and let me tell you great view. The rooms are nice. However there was no AC!! No AIR CONDITIONING, crazy!! Room was hot at night and upon opening the window. The very little that one sleeps it’s just to load from outside.. I stayed a total of 3nights and 3 days. Tried there restaurant out! Again nice view but drinks and food over rated!
