Vincci Helios Beach

I visited this hotel with my mom, and as two women traveling alone, we felt very safe there – which was important to us. While there are a few small things that could be improved, it’s clear that the staff work hard and truly care about the guests. Our room was clean and serviced daily, which we really appreciated. The beach right next to the hotel is absolutely beautiful! As for the food, I believe there’s something for everyone – even for a picky eater like me. Special mention goes to one of the waiters, who always greeted us with kindness and a warm smile, making every meal even more pleasant. This place has something special – an atmosphere of kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality from the people we met there. That’s what made our stay on Djerba so memorable. Thank you!

Good afternoon. We are coming to your 13.8 hotel in the morning and leaving the hotel 26.8 around 9 pm. Since you entering the rooms around 2pm, and exit around 12am, and with two small children, which is the price for earlier entry and later exit from the room? Our room was a good size although cleanliness could have been better. The air conditioning in April is turned off even though temperatures sometimes reach the 30’s. The fresh meat and fish at meal times was very tender but even in low season expect to queue for a lot of dishes. The food hall is full of strollers because no proper high chairs are provided. The floor gets cleaned straight away if it gets soiled. Absolutely beautiful traditional tea room! This hotel is really only semi all-inclusive with many drinks including orange juice and Arabic Coffee only available at an extra cost. The all inclusive juices and cocktails are not worth drinking. If you like activities around the pool you will not get bored with the animation team providing entertainment all day long. Most of the staff are friendly, and I’d say the highlights of the hotel are the large pool and the beautiful beach. There are better value all inclusive hotels on Djerba so unfortunately we won’t be returning in future.
