Value for money. Rooms are good and spacious for 2. No support to dry your wet clothes. House keeping service is very poor. Room cleaning is horrible. Food is great and enjoyable. Hospitality is great and appreciative. Bit noisy in the lobby. Overall it’s a good stay if you ignore the above.

I stayed at VinHolidays Fiesta Phú Quốc with my family last week and we had such a great time. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a really relaxed vibe. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. What we loved most was how close it was to Grand World — everything was just a short walk away. Our room was comfortable and perfect for a family trip. Honestly, it was a really easy, fun getaway. We’d definitely come back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. The photos online looked much nicer than the reality. **Room:** The cleanliness of the room was below standard. Upon check-in, we noticed visible dirt and stains on the table surface. Even after housekeeping came the next day, the cleaning was very superficial — towels were not changed, and the bed sheets were not replaced. It felt like only the bare minimum was done. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was average. The dining area was overcrowded, and very often there were no utensils or cups available. The food selection was not appealing either. **Service:** The staff were polite and tried their best to help, but communication was sometimes challenging due to limited English. They did make an effort to assist when needed, which I appreciated. **Overall:** The price did reflect the quality in the end. If your budget is tight, it would be a good choice for you.
