Vinifera Ephesus Hotel

My family and I spent time at this wonderful boutique hotel. It is quaint, quiet and a great location when visiting Ephesus. The view of the city from our rooms was amazing. The staff were friendly and kind and took great care of us. I would definitely visit Vinifera Ephesus Hotel again.

This is a hotel where you can find peace and serenity. On sunny days, the mornings begin with birdsong, and even on rainy days, the view from here is simply beautiful. You could spend hours just sitting and gazing out the window. It’s a perfect place for those who want to feel closer to nature and enjoy stunning scenery. The staff are very polite and helpful. Only 15-20 min on foot from the center. If you do not like walking you can take a taxi. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I am writing this review based on a comparison with our previous stay at the same property five years ago. I have never felt so disappointed by a property that once was so comfortable, clean, and unique. 1. There have been no repairs made in the rooms. Our sink was clogged and never fixed, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. 2. The staff is insufficient. Housekeeping only works from 12:00 to 15:00, and if you ask them to come a bit later, they refuse to clean at all. During breakfast, there was only one lady running back and forth, trying to manage everything. 3. There were many cats in the dining area, jumping on tables and self feeding. 4. The breakfast was very poor: just one boiled egg per person, stale bread, and a few spreads left us hungry. Overall, it was very disheartening to see such a unique property in decline.
