Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang

Update: the nice hotel manager Nam changed our rooms and we got a high floor rooms. They setup some fruit and chocolates in the new rooms. Staff are very nice, I'll say that. They are really struggling to find a solution but I guess that since the hotel was fully booked, it wasn't possible till now. My advice to you, if you are considering staying at this hotel, book a high level floor room to avoid the noise. We are currently staying at the Vinpearl Beachfront, at lower floor (10) ocean view rooms and the noise from the street is horrible. We haven't slept for two nights, because of the loud music from the bar across the street on the beach, and the traffic noise from the street below (cars going by and honking). The honking and traffic noise begin as early as 6am in the morning. The hotel has over 40 floors and seems the facilities can barely support that many guests. The dining rooms could use more egg preparing help and another coffee machine to cater to the demand. The small pool with very few sun beds and places to site can barely accommodate the guests. This is also the case with the "private beach" where there are only a few sun beds, which are getting taken very early in the morning. First come first serve. If you want to stay in the heart of the action, and don't mind the noise on the lower levels, this is a good choice.

Great rooms and friendly staff, but a bit crowded We enjoyed our stay at Vinpearl Beachfront. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful — they even made sure gluten-free meals were available, which we really appreciated. However, the beach area could be improved — there were too few sunbeds for the number of guests, and the hotel does get quite busy. Still, the evening show at the Vinpearl Theater was fantastic and definitely worth seeing. A good option if you don’t mind a larger, livelier hotel.

Very noisy beach club on weekends till 2-3am.It echoes into the room. This is beyond hotel control but be warned. Breakfast was okay. Team cleaned tables very efficiently but the spacing for food counters could be better. Hotel lacked cooling and the room was warm. Sweating at night. AC was always stuck on low and hardly cooled. Like it was purposely programmed to be 25C to save electricity bills. Bad first impression on the company. Leave it for the tours groups.
