Absolutely Stunning Stay at Vinpearl! We had an unforgettable experience at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay. The resort is breathtaking — from the gorgeous ocean views to the perfectly maintained pool area. Our villa was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed with all the comforts we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and service was always prompt and professional. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the luxury feel throughout the entire property. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in Nha Trang, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice resort. Went here with family for a visit and enjoyed our time at the hotel. Would consider revisiting in the future. Could improve on communication on how to navigate to and from resort such as from cable car from park to hotel shuttle pick up. Even the breakfast time and pricing was difficult to find information on. More adult accommodations and activities would be nice, as well as communicating what is available such as rentals, tours, activities on the premises.

Please note that this review is not about the actual staff inside the hotel who were wonderful. This is about the staff managing the cars outside that drive us around the island. We had a flight to catch and they told us to wait inside for the car to take us. Ok sure, no problem. We waited inside as directed. When they called us, there were so many people in line also trying to catch the boat/ferry to the buses. Due to the crowd, they didn’t let us on the first or second car. What was the point of telling us to wait inside then? Is there no organization or system in place? We were early and should have been on the first car. There was no explanation offered when we inquired about it. They just said “please wait, another car is coming”. That’s not the point? We were waiting before anyone got there. This happened twice by the way. The hotel itself was fine but it was a hassle getting on and off the island. Again, the staff inside provided great service - it was the cars staff that were frustrating. We could have been late for our flight. Insist on lining up if you are in a rush since they are not respectful of your time, I guess. Also, some of these 5 star reviews are requested by the staff so please keep that in mind. I would say the overall experience is 3.5 stars at best.
