Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a wonderful experience. With a multi-generational family, it would have been difficult to find activities that satisfy everyone. But Vinpearl Resort delivered. We all found activities we liked here, from the beach for grandparents to water park for young kids and petting zoo for teenagers. The two villas we stayed were beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very polite and efficient. The buffets (breakfast, lunches, and dinners) had a great selection of food. Staff were courteous and very helpful. We would certainly be coming back. A minor comment: The reception area was quite a mess at peak hours with customers constantly cutting the line and shouting. To be fair, it was absolutely not the fault of the hotel and staff who were all wonderful and went above and beyond to help. Perhaps the hotel could put a sign about etiquette? It’s a far fetched idea, but it might help.

Wonderful Romantic and Family Getaway in Da Nang – Hoi An! This resort was a perfect vacation getaway for us! It’s a great place for both relaxation and fun family activities. The staff were all very friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Bon for returning our lost watch through the Lost and Found – we truly appreciate it. Also, a big thank you to General Manager Mr. Vo Ba Chuong, who was very kind and attentive.We also want to recognize Supervisor Ms. Anna (Tu Anh), who was extremely helpful and speaks fluent English and Vietnamese. If you ever need assistance, just ask for Ms. Anna – she’s amazing! This is truly one of the best hotels in Da Nang near Hoi An – highly recommended!
