Beautiful villa right on the beach! Our kids really enjoyed the private pool. It is 1.2 meters deep. They give you complimentary water daily. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave. They have a kitchen but no pots/pans/silverware. It would have been nice to have but otherwise really enjoyed our stay. The location is walking distance to Vinwonders which was really convenient.
This resort is such a gem — 100% worth staying at! The poolside area is absolutely amazing — so relaxing and beautiful. Room service was fantastic too — everything arrived quickly and just the way we wanted. All the staff were super sweet and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The buggy drivers were absolute stars — they stood in the rain with umbrellas just to keep us dry while taking us from our room to reception! And the reception team? So friendly and kind — they truly made us feel at home. I’d definitely recommend staying at least 3 days to enjoy everything this wonderful place has to offer. Such a lovely and memorable stay — I’d recommend it to everyone!
I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent stay at this resort. I booked a three-night stay, and while the first day was satisfactory, I encountered several issues during the second and third days. Despite the villa being cleaned regularly, it was disappointing that no bath towels were provided during those days. The villa itself features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private pool, which was a positive aspect. However, I observed that most of the staff (approximately 99%) lack extensive hotel industry experience, and their proficiency in English was limited. This sometimes made communication challenging, especially considering the diverse nationalities of guests. It appeared that the focus of tourism in this country is primarily on local visitors, which may contribute to these service gaps. Regarding the dining options at the resort, I found breakfast to be quite basic, comparable to a two-star hotel. The lunch offerings were limited and heavily focused on local cuisine, which may not suit all guests. I would recommend exploring dining options outside the resort for a more diverse and satisfying experience. Additionally, when I ordered dinner to be delivered to my room, I was instructed to leave plates and leftovers outside the villa door. Despite following this procedure over multiple days, the plates and leftovers remained outside the villa until the end of my stay, with no staff coming to collect them. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the guest experience at this resort.
