Viola Mhotel

Been here by chance for an overnight stay back in 2019, remembering to have been assigned a "superior" room because of an overbooking issue, and for this only reason I was back in May 2024. In 2019 the place was still "as new", and the pictures in this review of mine are from a Junior suite "lived" in december 2019 and blessed by a beautiful snowy morning ... My "Simply outstanding" 9.8 rating in my personal "mystery guest" ranking from 2019 goes below to 7.9 in 2024 as the superior suite I booked for 4 days not only is a little bit "worn", still being superb and spacious with private elevator-to-the room, but part of the current staff has no clue about what customer care is, and at least two times I have been charged more than shown on the hotel directory papers. Just to close the issue once and forever with this place, after having booked and paid 4 days for staying in one of three of their superior suites with my mate, not only I did not receive any discount for extending my stay alone, but also my credit card was not considered "enough" as a warranty for a simple night extension. Never again, and should the hotel manager read these lines, please drop me a note as I have way more to say.

Really good place to stay and rest from the days routine, after a business trip.

All areas were clean. House keeping worked great. We had no problem at all. Breakfast was ok but still wondering why hotel did not serve olive, tomato, cucumber or any salad within the breakfast. Reception desk was helpful and friendly. Some night light needed in the room. Also quilt needed too.
