Arrived in late March just before Easter. Stefan greeted us and showed us to our room which was dated but functional. The bedding and decor could use a lift. Asked Stefan to suggest a place to dine. We were very pleased with our meal at Tinkite’. We may have been the only hotel guests as we were the only people at breakfast. The eggs made to order for us were fine, but the buffet table offerings were not fresh. There were two rabbits in cages in the lobby which were cute. Location was good.
This hotel was booked as part of my holiday package with easy jet - when arrived , it was nothing like as it described when booking, no air con and view was not pleasant ,surrounded by rundown buildings. I was forced to leave, my children and I couldn’t stayed in this conditions, I am asthmatic, air con it’s very important in August with high temperatures. The receptionist apologised Maria Francesca, she said, she emailed the company who booked my accommodation to let them know that their air con wasn’t working , I was not notified about it. I felt conned. I didn’t want this to spoil my holiday with my children then decided to leave and stayed somewhere else. Overall, this place doesn’t run the business, it’s receptionist was pleasant but couldn’t do much to help, she finishes her shift @ 2 pm. Also, I realised this place hasn’t have a website to go to. If you want to avoid disappointment I would say stay somewhere else.
Just spent 1 night and gratefully didn’t have to stay another night. Sweating all night due to lack of air conditioning. Wi-Fi was not working. Elevators were small and stairwell had no lighting at night time. Could not find a taxi service willing to come pick us up when we were leaving so we had to walk to a bus station.
