We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We were treated like VIPs from check in to check out. The rooms are super clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed a relaxing break at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend
This is a great hotel! Very clean. Comfortable bed and great sheets. Friendly staff. Very central location with transit and restaurants and shopping all around. Breakfast is a bit pricey at 18 euro but the quality of food is great and has a lot of selection so it’s a nice splurge. Overall great experience.
Would not recommend this hotel if you are there to tour Lisbon. It is not near the tourist attractions. The room had a funny smell and the towels smelled like mildew. We sat in the bar for about 10 minute before asking the front desk if the bar was open. They said it was, we waited for 10 more minutes and ended up going to a restaurant. The breakfast…. What a waste of money! They had no form of food temperature control. The eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, etc. were cold. And the cheese and deli meat was warm. (Thankful I did not get sick!) One positive is that the waiter (Yuri) in the restaurant gave us excellent service!
