VIP Executive Santa Iria Hotel

Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the manager and the waiter were very helpful. The waiter at breakfast was outstanding- nothing was too much trouble. She even offered me her glasses as I had forgotten mine! An absolute asset to the hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

There is absolutely nothing four star worth in this hotel. The rooms are subpar, with the flooring coming off, it’s easy to trip. For the price you pay, they still expect you to pay extra IN CASH for the pool towel, even though there’s no atm around. They can’t just charge that to the room. Breakfast is poor, no vegetable in sight, and apparently they never thought this hotel will be full, because during meal times there is a half hour queue to even get a seat. Also at the pool there are maybe 12 lounger. FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL. For other meals there is max of 4-5 dishes every time and almost non vegetarian options. The staff was fighting right next to us. What a joke and a massive waste of money.

One of the worst hotel experiences I had in my last trip last week. Highly recommend not staying at this hotel. They are just money hungry and they have absolute zero customer service. The location is also far away from the center of Lisbon. They will come ambarace you in front of 100 people without any shame or apologize even though it's their fault. STAY AWAY...
