VIP Executive Suites do Marquês Hotel

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — it felt like coming home rather than just checking into a hotel. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Every little detail was taken care of, and the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location to explore the best of Lisbon. But it’s the people who made it truly special. We can’t recommend this place highly enough — it was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel looks very good everywhere, lobby, restaurant, rooms, etc. The rooms are large and spotless. The breakfast is delicious, many food options to choose from. Compliments to the chefs! The only flaw of the hotel is the soundproofing of the rooms facing the central boulevard, the windows could be soundproofed better because you can hear the cars at night. But after walking marathons every day, we had a deep sleep even so. All the employees were nice to us, we left our luggage at the reception on the last day and there was no problem. We will definitely repeat, it was a great experience! PS: greetings to Rita who was very nice to us when she checked us in.

Recently stayed here in July. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well . Sofa beds were comfortable. Liked having the kitchenette, and extra space . Staff was overall friendly , although a couple of the staff seem cold. Location was a little far off the main sites of Lisbon, but it is close to a supermarket , restaurants and a couple of smaller corner market stores that open later to pick up food/water as needed. Extra amenities of a bathrobe and slippers were great! Even the usb charger next to the bed was very convenient. My only main concern is that after reading the reviews of theft, we did not feel comfortable leaving anything valuable in the room , nor the room safe. So we carried everything valuable with us which made it more cumbersome. But we didn’t want to chance it .
