VIP Hotel Villa 3 in the center

It is a small hostel with almost 6 rooms. There are single rooms and sharing rooms. Bathrooms are shared. For location, I will give 8 from 10. There is a small kitchen. For clean, I will give 7.5 from 10. The owner is so kind and welcoming. It is a good choice for solo travel. Great for value

In reality the hotel is a hostel, but you have the possibility of booking a single room. The bathroom is shared. The cleanliness is not the best and there is an unpleasant smell in the room, I imagine it is mold in the cavities. The location is excellent and the price is excellent. If you book through an online web (like Booking or similar), expect no room available for you ! Somehow, the system they use to manage bookings it's not synced with the Booking/other web list and they will receive your confirmation but won't update it on their lists. Apparently, this happens very often in Yereven so it's better to phone/email, or use another physical provider. Anyway, the man in the reception was nice and tried to explain the problem. He let us in while we looked for another place to stay.
