VIP Paris Yacht Hotel

This may be a hotel but I just took a cruise and had a great meal on board. Not too crowded. They were a little stiff on the rules and it was difficult to know whow things work. No one was there to tell you.

Where do you go when you're in Paris for your anniversary? How we wound up on this floating hotel for one of their dinner cruises is a person-who-does-not know-Paris very well story. It was a little farther out in Paris than I thought when I booked online the night before but, in the end, we got to see more of Paris on the way there. The atmosphere on the ship is pretty nice. We had a table that offered great views as we sailed along the river Seine. The food was quite good. I had the veal, and my husband had the smoked salmon. We were both pleased with our meals and our desserts. The service could have been better. It seemed like they were very slow and inattentive. They did sing to us and many others on board celebrating special occasions. We did enjoy our time on the water taking in the lovely sights of nighttime Paris and had a very nice anniversary celebration.

I am not from the people that give bad review, actually this is the first one I am giving( imagine how bad it is). First of all the picture they have with the lights at the Effiel tower -SCAM! The boat travels slow all thr time except when is around the Effiel Tower which was cery strange and I thought they are doing it only because they have to be on time for the lights. Nope, they went back to starting location and parked. Second, the servers are tragic. We asked for service 3 times (the boat was still empty, there was no problem for the guy to talk to us instead of to be on his phone) but he rolled his eyes and we felt like we are forcing him to do his job. Third, aftwr we ordered we had to ask 3 times to be served and THEY SWITCHED THE SERVER BCAUSE HE DID NOT LIKE US. What a joke, there are more things that were not okay but I don’t even want to keep writing. Just avoid this place, spend you money in a better spot!
