If there were really 10 stars, I would give 10, if there were 100, I would give 100. First of all, those who commented on the sounds of the football pitch etc., they came to get service, ignoring the fact that this is a sports complex with various categories. Of course there will be these sounds, and the time is also taken into consideration, another issue is that the staff is very warm-blooded, they make you feel the sincere family atmosphere, thank you, I am still staying at the hotel. By the way, the spa service of the hotel is WONDERFUL (a thousand stars are given to this personally), I would like to thank Miray Hanım and her beautiful team, it was incredibly beautiful :) Don't return without having a massage and Turkish bath.

Good enough for a short one night stay but not a great value of money. It doesn’t really feel like a hotel, the room and washroom were in a good shape though I didn’t see any visible signs it honestly didn’t feel very clean. Alse it’s quite noisy since I think it’s located in a sports complex.

I booked a room at Vipark Hotel Iskenderun between May 1, 25 and May 4, 2025. My wife and I wanted to spend time in Iskenderun, a quiet Mediterranean town. We realized at 09:00 that we definitely chose the wrong hotel. All of the rooms on the upper floor overlook the indoor sports hall at the back. Basketball and volleyball training is done. The room echoes as the ball hits the ground. Dozens of children hit dozens of balls at the same time and you can't even imagine the sound. These trainings lasted for 3 days (including Sunday). Since the rooms are made of plasterboard, there is no insulation. In the meantime, we experienced another thing; we opened our suitcases, took our belongings and went out, when we came back we saw that no cleaning had been done. The reason for this was that they said your belongings were on the floor and we didn't want to go in. We moved our belongings aside on the second day and when we came back, they hadn't cleaned. I couldn't go down to the reception because it was the middle of the night, so I said early in the morning, "Guys, since our stuff is on the floor, at least change the towels and clean the bathroom. Leave the bath towels at the door." If they asked me to stay for free, I wouldn't stay there again. As for the prices, we paid a very high amount for Iskenderun.
