Front desk manager (falak sharma)doesnt even know how to tackle customer .. we 4 people reached there by 17/6/25 morning 12.15 am .he ask us for id n we already told him that please firslty send someone to bring our luaggage and then we will give u id,s .. n even we paid him 10000 online for 2 room .. istead of bringing our luggage he is just showing us attitude like we did anything wrong .. worst experience ever in my life . please teach your staff how to deal with customers
