Many many thanks to Juan Carlos, who has been really helpful in solving our problem with the flat tyre of our car in the underground parking. He went beyond his duties and spent one hour on the phone to speak with the car rental assistance. We don’t know how we could make it without him. The hotel is quite central (3km from city center) and the rooms are comfortable. Also good selection for breakfast.
Very nice staff! Room was so clean and nice! When we walked in to check in after a long train ride I was pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade! We enjoyed our first day in Seville with CAVA and it was a perfect start to our journey. This is not very common in the hospitality industry and made a great difference. Check in and check out was very smooth and there are great amenities offered in the hotel. All in all, a good hotel that is in a good location!
Staff were great and really helpful when they didn't have our booking from the tour operator. Location isn't bad about 30 mins from Seville centre walking on down the main road, 10 min walk to the big train station. Also on a few bus routes which are cheap and plentiful. Big shopping centre (nervion) nearby with food, supermarket, modern shops etc and Seville football stadium literally over the road. Room was just too loud you can hear everything inside the room it's not even like people were being loud, you can hear everything from next doors toilet to footsteps in the hallway. Overall enjoyed the stay here.
