Just off the strip but walkable (about a mile). Hotel was clean and rooms were everything we needed. The pool felt like a beach vacation. Gym was awesome. Convenient free parking and access to hotel from garage. Highly recommend the AYCE brunch, it’s worth $20! Housekeeping kept our room fresh and clean each day and made it so nice to come back to after long days hiking and exploring the area. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Virgin hotel!

Stayed in the Canyon Tower in a King Chamber, and the hotel overall is beautiful with a ton of dining options. The room itself was gorgeous—especially the bed area—but the shower was very narrow with nowhere to place your cosmetics or toiletries. We were on the opposite side of the pool, so it stayed pretty quiet, which was a plus. Biggest issue: the elevators in the Canyon Tower were out of service for almost 36 hours with no signage, no notice, and no staff nearby to explain. It made getting up and down a major hassle and was honestly unacceptable for a hotel at this level. The in-room TV never worked for ordering room service or toiletries, so I had to call down to the front desk every time. As for breakfast—whether it was the sit-down service, buffet, or room service—it was just very mid and definitely not worth the price. Plus, expect to wait in line every morning just to be seated. On the brighter side, service at Nobu was excellent and the food was amazing. The pool is a highlight—spacious with multiple seating options. Highly recommend reserving a daybed or bungalow in advance if you want shade and a guaranteed spot. Pro tip: If you’re grabbing food from Pizza Forte, stick to ordering ready-made slices. Pickup orders took 40+ minutes, and if anything was wrong, they wouldn’t deliver it to your room. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. But the elevator issue really dragged down the experience—especially because it was handled so poorly.
