I visited the rooftop pool on 7/28/25 and had the most enjoyable experience while lounging by the pool. I want to especially acknowledge the wonderful bartender name Manny that I had the pleasure of meeting and being served by. Manny made me the most delectable margarita that I ever had. Thank you Manny for the wonderful experience I had while staying at the Virgin Hotel. I will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I just spent three days at this hotel and cannot remember the last time I received better service. Every person I came in contact with offered over the top customer service. The rooms were unique and clean, the meeting rooms were very nice with beautiful skyline views, and the pool and deck area was very inviting. I haven’t stopped telling people how nice this hotel was. Looking forward to coming back soon.
This review is LONG overdue. I stayed here in April for my birthday and had the most fabulous experience. From the minute I checked in, I was greeted warmly and with a smile. I had a package delivered there with no issues, decor was gorgeous and Rose and Jayda went out of their way to make my birthday special. They are truly top-tier ladies. I was solo traveling and felt safe at this location as well. My room was so cute too. I got some great pictures in it. 11/10 would highly recommend!!!
