Virgin Hotels Nashville

Really enjoyed this hotel. I loved the warm welcome we got every time we entered the lobby. Loved chatting to friendly bellboy/concierge/valet. Great service for breakfast every morning from our server (with mustache) and also loved treats and goodies left for us in our room. Will be back again :)

The hotel was very good, despite the fact that our first impression with the valet parking wasn’t the best. When we arrived, I had to get out of the car and walk over to the podium to request the service, no one ever offered help with our luggage, and no one greeted us at the entrance. This hotel is seriously lacking in customer service upon arrival. The valet who received me on Saturday night was the only one who made a real difference, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he was the only one who truly knew how to deliver proper customer service.

Checked into the hotel yesterday for my stay was told only one restaurant open for food went to the restaurant where the hostess was very rude and told me I needed to have a reservation in order to eat there because they were closed for weather and if I didn’t have a reservation, I couldn’t get in anywhere And reported to the pool manager, and they were Understanding so that’s what makes this review three stars is that the only good thing besides the waiter at the commons club last night he was also really good And they did try to make up for the bad part of the day however, the staffs lack of incompetence Leaves me thinking y’all should look other places for your stay in Nashville. Hopefully management works on training their staff better in the future.
