Virgin Hotels New Orleans

The Virgin Hotel New Orleans exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Bourbon Street, the casino, and convenient access to public transportation. The staff made our stay even better. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Justin and Isaac at valet who went above and beyond. The hotel itself was spotless, with stylish and modern decor. The Funny Library had a unique, cozy aesthetic that made it a great spot to unwind. We visited during a stretch of rainy days, and it was a nice touch that the hotel provided umbrellas in every room for guests to use. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the ability to control the temperature and lighting right from our phones. The mini bar and snack options were well-stocked and reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise. Hands down, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in New Orleans. I’ll definitely be returning.

Hotel was so cute! Service was excellent. The valet were so friendly and quick, specifically Isaac. The rooftop pool area is super cute, but the pool itself is TINY! Looks much bigger in photos online. Bartenders and coffee bar employees were very friendly. Definitely recommend for a girls or couples trip, but wouldn’t bring kids if planning to use pool.

I had a fantastic experience with Anna, the valet at the Virgin Hotel. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Anna greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process seamless by handling my car quickly and efficiently. Throughout my stay, she was consistently courteous and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, even remembering my name and offering helpful local tips. Her positive energy and dedication to great service truly stood out. Anna is a wonderful asset to the Virgin Hotel team, thank you for making my stay even better!
