Virginia Family Resort

Very nice place to stay for a relaxing trip. Rooms are nice and clean and also cleaned daily. All of the staff is super friendly. Both pools were well maintained. The food at the all inclusive is great, there are plenty of options as well as themed nights. There is a range of different entertainment and events happening throughout the week. It’s very close to the beach and only ten minute drive from the old town, there are also nearby bus stops for other day trips. There is also a shop which is very convenient. Overall very happy with the service and hotel in general, had a great experience.

Lovely hotel But was so disappointed with the beds !! Family room with jacuzzi on balcony all lovely apart from there is one double bed then the rest are sofa beds !!! So with 2 20 year old sons sleeping on sofa beds was very uncomfortable there feet hung off !! Paying out for 4 star plus hotel people expect beds When we complained the lady was very rude. Food was great. place was clean Entertainment good Arthur was lovely and friendly Some of the activities advertised I never even saw on my son waited for darts which showed 430 everyday never happened Saw bingo advertised never saw a game Enjoyed the holiday but the beds or not beds spoilt it

Sadly, it didn't meet our expectations and wasn't like many people described. We trusted the reviews and sadly got fooled. The staff was unfriendly except for the cleaning lady, and the food was terrible. At the resort, you can only eat salad and rice. It's sad that people eat something like that just because it's included in the price. We booked all-inclusive because when you're on vacation, you don't want to worry about anything, but you have to pay extra for cocktails, for example. The bar doesn't open until 2:00 p.m. That's sad. There are drinks and snacks by the pool. Sadly, the snacks are inedible. For children, there is only 5 minutes of entertainment in the evening with untrained staff. Coffee is only available from 2:00 p.m. That's really unbelievable! The good thing is that there are many restaurants outside the resort. We will definitely fly to Rhodes again, but never to this hotel.
