The room we ha d was wonderfully spacious with a balcony. Tbe staff were all super friendly and generous and recommended a great dinner restaurant. Breakfast was simple but very good. The place has a very welcoming, homely feel and we would recommend it as a great base to stay in Bari

An Unforgettable Stay at VIS Urban Suites! My stay at VIS Urban Suites was absolutely amazing! I was on a business trip, bringing Georgian designers and architects to Bari & Matera, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that it instantly felt like home. The room design was simply beautiful—elegant, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful enough to truly relax and enjoy the stay. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! So many fresh and high-quality options—the perfect way to start the day. But what made this stay truly unforgettable was the personal touch. Eleonora, in particular, went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She even took care of a special birthday morning surprise for my colleague, which was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. I can’t recommend VIS Urban Suites enough—if you’re looking for a place that feels special, this is it.
