I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vision Deluxe Hotel Istanbul, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay.The hotel itself is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days of exploring the vibrant city of Istanbul. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, especially the manager, Faisal. Faisal went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. He was always available to assist with any request, no matter how big or small, and his attention to detail was truly impressive. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or simply checking in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, Faisal's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast spread to the relaxing spa services. The hotel was also located close to the touristic areas, we were able to walk to the Topaki palace, sultan Ahmed mosque and Aya Sophia as it was very close. The area and the hotel was also very safe I felt comfortable to leave my valuables and nothing was taken.
The hotel is good but in our room we had bed bugs. No one speak English. The rooms aren’t that small and aren’t very big and they clean them everyday.
The hotel service is very poor. No one speaks English. We agreed to take a room with three beds because my brother was joining us. However, when he arrived, they wanted him to pay for a separate room despite our reservation for a room with three beds for my mother and me. The cleaning was good initially but became poor later on. There's no coordination and cooperation among the staff; when you agree with one of them on something, they don't inform the others. This is my review of our stay at a hotel.
