Vision Hotel

I had an excellent experience at the Vision Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, however the toilet was unusable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of foods to start the day. The hotel gym was one of the best equipped that I have ever seen, although it does not open until 7am, which makes it difficult to fit in a morning workout. The sauna was also a highlight. The hotel is only a short walk from the subway, which makes it easy to move around the city. Pretty ordinary location though, and not many options for food etc.

Hotel is close to Tsinghua University’s campus. Room is large with both shower and bath tub. There is a gym with treadmills.

I've been stay here for twice. First time is summer in 2018, second time is 2019 summer. I gave 1 star. My reasons 1 that moment for visa reason, I only need their offer me a evidence that those 4 days I was staying in this hotel(I already paid). other hotel easy got that. BUT they keep delay keep delay. Very official feeling. The manager thought he is manager maybe he is better than others, talking to me in very rude way. I feel very bad. 2 The stuff clean room or do something at my neighbour room at 2 am. The cleaning stuff slab the door very heavy. They did not show they have a good training. 3 I left the hotel, I already paid all fees, but they said they lost a bottle of Coca cola. I need to paid that. That bottle in any store not over 5 dollars, they charge me 60 dollars. 4 Some manager very good, for what happened on me, she did applogize, and updated my room, but when i moved in, I found that that room full of smoke smell..... Very bad feeling for this hotel, not professional, not polite. They are not show their service very well. MESSY MANAGEMENT.
